Drug Tested Event
This is a natural (drug-free) competition. All competitors must meet eligibility criteria listed in the NGA Drug Testing Guidelines in order to participate. Prior to registering competitors should review these procedures and the list of banned substances, which are posted on the National Gym Association website
Drug Testing
All competitors are required to be polygraph tested prior to competing. Polygraph test will be scheduled for the day of the show at World's Gym Complex. Be sure to schedule your time with show promoter one week before the show. Call Warren Egebo │ 215-200-1680.
Divisions
Amateur: Men’s Bodybuilding: Juniors, Novice, Open, Age 50+, Age 40+ – Men’s Physique - Classic Men's Physique.
Women: Bikini - Open, 35+, Figure - Open, 35+, Women's Physique - Open, 35+
Debut: First competition in men's and women's open divisions
Weight Classes
Bodybuilding - Lightweight 0-156, Middleweight 157-172, Light Heavyweight 173-189, Heavyweight 190+
Men's Physique - Lightweight 0-172, Middleweight 173-192, Heavyweight 190+
Classic Physique - One Class
Women's Figure & Bikini - By Height.
Women's Physique - Lightweight 0-122, Heavyweight 123+
Crossovers (entering more than one division)
A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Junior division and compete in it as well. Crossovers fee is $20.

Backstage Policy
One assistant max per competitor allowed, assistant MUST buy a trainer/assistant ticket, which is good for general admission and back stage access.
Competitor Prep Area
Light weights, bands and mirrors will be back stage for use in pumping up before going on stage. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment and mirrors as well.
